  • Can I scrap my car without a log-book?

    • If you don’t have your V5C document (otherwise known as your log book) we can still scrap your car  but you will need to notify the DVLA to tell them you’ve sold your car for scrap.

  • What proof of identity do you need from me to scrap my car today?

    • To scrap your car we’ll need either:

    • Valid UK passport
    • Credit or debit card statement with a matching name and address
    • Driving licence 
    • Tax reminder with a matching name and address
    • Insurance document with a matching name and address
  • Does it matter what condition my car is in?
